Order placement

Orders may be placed online or by phone. If you would like to call an order in, you may give us a call M-Sa., 9A.M. – 5P.M. PST, excluding major holidays. Our average turnaround time on orders received, is less than one business day, and orders typically ship same day. We will upload tracking numbers as soon as your order is processed, and you will be notified of any back orders by E-mail.


We use different shipping methods for different items. Typically we ship smaller orders USPS, and larger orders will ship UPS. We use a combination of shipping methods in order to gain our customers the cheapest shipping rates with the fastest service. We do require a physical address when placing your order, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A residential or business address and a receivers name must be provided for delivery. We are un-able to accept C.O.D.’s at this time.


We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay-pal payments. Payment must be received prior to your order shipping. If there is a hold placed on your payment, we will not be able to ship your order until the hold has been lifted. All residents of Washington State will be charged applicable sales tax.


Products typically carry a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated. If you feel that you have a product that needs to be warrantied, please contact us either by phone or by E-mail, to make arrangements to have the item returned for inspection.

Please note: When building or modifying a vehicle using parts and components sourced from different suppliers, you are taking on the role as the engineer of that vehicle. Many components do not work with parts from different manufacturers. If a part is returned for warrantee, and the manufacturer deems that the component isn’t broken or otherwise damaged per their warranty policy, you will be charged the shipping both ways for the item.

Premium Differential Warranty

Cores West warrants the original retail purchaser that all Cores West Premium Differentials will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the operational life of the product. Cores West makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. All other warranties, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded. This warranty is offered provided that the Cores West Premium Differential has been installed and maintained in accordance with Cores West instructions, and that it has not been subject to modification, accident, abnormal use or misuse. At Cores West discretion, this warranty may be voided if deemed by necessary by Cores West

Upon notification of a warranty claim, Cores West shall investigate the claim of defect, and, in the event of a verified defect, shall, at their sole choice, either repair the defective product or replace it.

This warranty does not cover, and Cores West shall not be liable for, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, road service charges, labor charges, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, loss of revenues, or loss or damage to personal property (including loss or damage to vehicle parts due to the failure of the Cores West differential)*. In addition, this warranty does not cover, and Cores West shall not be liable for, any undertaking, representation, or agreements made by dealers or other third parties selling Cores West products, except where such agreements are within the provisions of this Warranty statement. Also, this warranty does not cover damage to the differential caused by or facilitated by failure of a non-Cores West component.


All unused items purchased from Cores West and, can be returned for a full refund. Items must be in new or un-used condition, and must be “sale ready”. This means that the item must be in the condition that you originally received it in, and in its original packaging. Items that are used will not be given a refund, unless otherwise noted (such as in the case of products originally sold as used). Please contact us prior to returning any products. All returns must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box, and must contain a copy of the original invoice inside. If we cannot determine who the return came from, the inventory will be held for 15 days, then it will be returned to inventory.
